The repeating cycle seems to be inherent everywhere we look. It is that ever present continuous flow that assists, and sometimes impedes, our growth and that which we strive to make sense of and, ultimately, master. But how can we grasp it in order to expand and grow? And why is it that we feel such a need to understand this ever present flow and place it into a category that makes sense to us? Why is it that we cannot just accept what it is for exactly what it is? Maybe because it is within our nature to try to understand what there was before we were -- our actual beginnings -- in order to understand where we are and where we are going. Life, in all its complexity, is all about learning, expanding and growing and, with that in mind, we need to take the time to fully understand, accept and nurture ourselves, so that all the complexities of life can be made sense of and we can grow and connect to the lessons that the universe has to offer.
